Breathtaking views of the ocean and pool from our two luxury condos. One has a large deck with stairs to the yard/pool and beach. The second, is a penthouse - top floor with full ocean view that is breath taking. These are the newest three bedroom and three bathroom condos in the town of Isle of Palms and both have an inviting beach theme. Both have the same lay out with first and second bedrooms each having king bed with attached bath and two choices for the third bedroom - two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4) in the condo with the stairs from the deck - third bedroom in the pent house has a queen bed plus one bunk bed (sleeps 4) and another attached bath.
The beautiful modern kitchen offers a large granite counter top that seat four and an adjoining dining room with table seating for eight.
In the living room you can enjoy cable TV, DVD/VCR movies. Games are provide for your enjoyment. Free wireless internet is provided.
The master king bedroom has cable TV, DVD/VCR, clock radio, walk-in closet, a jet tub with separate shower, double vanity and patio door to the deck. The second king bedroom has cable TV, DVD/VCR, and clock radio. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with adjoining full bath.
The first floor unit has private stairs from our deck and gives you amazing access to the yard, pool and beach. Our deck has a large table and seating for eight, The stairs are a great feature for children and adults. Walk down your stairs and you are within a few steps of the pool and on your way to the beach.
The penthouse deck has a big open view. We have two large lounge chairs, a large glass table and seating for eight. This full ocean view of the beach and waves is breathtaking. The third bedroom has a queen bed plus bunk bed - sleeps four.
Our condos are on Front Beach in the town of Isle of Palms. Just steps to shops and restrauants within this safe and beautiful community. Oceanfront.
The property is gated with two designated parking spaces for eack unit. Each unit has a ground floor locked storage area for bikes, beach-chairs, and beach toys. Some beach-chairs and beach toys are provided.
